Dr. Katie Layton

Optometrist

Dr. Layton (formerly Dr. Parsons) received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Nebraska Wesleyan University. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Optometry from Indiana University in 2008.

She is a member of the Nebraska Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association, and the Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association. She loves taking time to get to know her patients, and always aims to treat them like a member of her family.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Travis, and their two golden retrievers, Amos and Otis. She also enjoys watching Husker sports and Kansas City Royals baseball, running, and playing golf.
